Merchant Account Upgrade Error
During an upgrade this week to V12.0 I encountered an error while trying to set up their new EMV capable merchant account. The error I saw was Error 500. Don’t panic!
Here is the fix:
In your Point of Sale software go to the Help>About Menu
When the window opens with the about information. Click in the white space>press Ctrl,Alt,D,B and press it several times>close the about window (You must be at the machine to complete this task. It can not be done remotely-I learned that the hard way).
Go back to About>Debug>Merchant Account>Set Upgrade
